Here are some of our favourite wild cooking ideas

Your clothes

Each cabin has a reverse cycle air conditioner to keep you super comfortable whatever the season.

The nights can get quite chilly in the Grampians no matter what time of year it is, so we suggest packing a warm jumper,  jacket, and a beanie too.

With most of your off-grid experience to be enjoyed in nature, remember to pack your hiking boots and take a walk to the dam on the property, or discover some of the amazing hiking trails in the region.

Don't forget to pack your bathers all year round as there are lakes nearby that are perfect for a summer cool down, and of course there's that fabulous wood fired outdoor bath for your pleasure throughout the season!

Other absolute musts are your most cosy pj's and ugg boots or slippers.

favourite book

Your off-grid stay is the perfect time to indulge in an old favourite book or start that new one that's been sitting next to your bed for a while.

With options like reading while soaking in the wood-fired outdoor bath, lying in your cosy bed listening to the native wildlife, or sitting on the outdoor deck, you are spoiled for choice with the perfect reading environment.

If you forget to bring a book or are feeling literarily adventurous, we have a hand-curated selection of amazing books to get lost in.

random stuff

  • Sunscreen

  • Insect repellent

  • Tissues

  • Toothpaste and toothbrush
